We have meetings on the second Thursday of every month.  Our group meets at Battelle For Kids at 6:00 PM.

In an ongoing attempt to make the content presented useful to our members we start each meeting with a short introduction and Q&A session.  Unless noted in the meeting notes the schedule for each meeting will be:

6:00 - 6:30 - Networking & social time
6:30 - 6:45 - Welcome and announcements
6:45 - 7:45 - Presentation(s)
7:45 - 8:30 - Door prizes and Question & Answer session

Sam Nasr

Sam Nasr has been a software developer since 1995, focusing mostly on Microsoft technologies. Having achieved multiple certifications from Microsoft (MCAD, MCTS (MOSS), and MCT), Sam develops, teaches, and tours the country to present various topics in .Net. He is also actively involved with the Cleveland C#/VB.Net User Group, where he has been the group leader since 2003. In addition, he also started the Cleveland WPF Users Group in June 2009, and the Cleveland .Net Study Group in August 2009

Test Driven Development with Phil Japikse (blog, @skimedic)

Unit Testing and Test Driven Development have grown in popularity for the managed code development world.  The biggest issue facing database developers isn't the tooling, but the definition of "unit of work".  This session will show how to create seams and partitions in traditional stored procedures to enable effective unit testing and the open source tools that facilitate automating the tests.
